Baby Seafood Restaurant Batu Belah Klang

Very Authenticly Served – The Charcoal Burner

I was told that this Thai Chinese restaurant is always packed especially during the weekend and the food is really heavenly good. Even people as far as from Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya travel to this special place to indulge its gourmet, . . . . not forgetting my facebook foodie Maria Eu too raves about it. The Chinese cook cum owner himself learned this awesome Thai cuisine after spending a period of time living in Thailand. Located in the area of Batu Belah we discovered Baby Seafood Restaurant

Poached ‘Assam’ Tamarind Fish

I just love his poached “Assam” tamarind fish served on a deep metal plate with an outer fish shape while heavily burning charcoal from beneath. It truly brought a great atmosphere and a warm feeling to the dining table. I told myself how can I reisist of not having this poarced seabass covered with juicy hot and sourish tamarind soup. The dish itself was totally refreshing while the freshness of fish paired so well with the succulent soup. It was just a prefect weekend get-away dining. I can just enjoy it by all by myself. Lovely and a must have if you happen to dine here. Piping hot with such burning sensation.

Stuffed Chicken Wings

I was told it was famous, their deep fried stuffed chicken wings and also a must have. Well, it was awesome. crisp outside while the meat stuffing was perfectly eaten with the coated sweet sauce. Definitely a finger licking good session, bite me! Yes it was truly very kinky.

Deep Fried Squid

Now the next addictive dish can be such enjoyment for eveyone. Chunks of fresh squid drenced with turmeric batter were given a deep fred treatment till crisp on the outside and comfortably moist inside. Defintely a very enjoyable dish for anytime. Having it coated with chilli sos can be truly heaven. I would defintely recommend this.

Boneless Chicken Feet

I expected this to be good the boneless chicken feet but it came out not to my expectation.I found it was done in a hush hush manner, it was not too attentive. The chicken feet was a bit chunky to my liking and I preferred it to be must softer and somehow juicy.

Stir Fried “Belacan Kangkung” Water Spinach with Shrimp Paste

We just adored the wok fried “belacan kankung” water spinach shrimp paste as it was done perfectly and with a pungent taste of fragrant shrimp paste. It webt very with with rice. Just love dinding here and now it had become my favourite weekend getaway . . . . . Sidney Kan will be back for more
