As I am writing this post while thinking silently the whispering of Alicia Key’s latest hit New York! It’s somehow so related to Kuala Lumpur. “.. . big city, big light, big dream all looking pretty . . . . . the streets make you feel brand new and it will inspire you . . . I can make it here and I can make it anywhere”
“Did I finally make it here? It is full of dreams”, I ask myself. There are so many promising dreams out there, as for myself as a dessert designer, it have been so much fun and it had kept me moving forward,. . yeah it had been so inspiring. Throughout this current journey that I am boarding on now, I meet up with so many great people with BIG heart, lovely and inspiring, on the other hand I breeze through with some strangers.
New York, New York! had been buzzing in my head and I decided to try out this New York Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake that I stumbled upon. Yes it is not my creation this time but it is just an adoreable cheesecake, something different. Delicious yet can easily be inspiring.
50g Confectionary Sugar
1. Double boil the raspberry with added sugar.
2. Add in lemon and pectin.
3. Boil for 5mins.
4. Leave it a side.
