At recent I was invited to try out BAli Hai’s Live Lobster and my pleasure. Well I got admit it was something that I myself can’t reject to. I was definitely a YES to Lobster ! My favourite especially when it is being served raw just like a generous spread of sashimi. That evening it was truly a heaven as carefully picked geoduck was plated together with the lobster. Upon knowing that this week is going to be a hectic week, I decided to pamper myself over the last weekend. First I went for a facial therapy and my face was creamed with vitamin cream just like glazing the whole cake. Don’t we just love pampering? Then without wasting any precious time I went for a real treat, freshly flown in sashimi at Fu-Rin which located not too far from my facial centre at Subang Jaya. The food here was truly fabulous and the place was full of comfort, truly relax.

I had Edamame as a light refreshing entrement. The warm blenched whole pea was done al dente, not overly cooked or too soft but filled with texture, nice and light! While sipping into my warm ocha, I saw the chef slicky preparing my salmon cut for my sashimi. I was truly excited! well as usual me! :)

Upon knowing that I always gets to enjoy and pampered whenever I am dining, Sagano is one of the restaurant that will always get me excited whenever I know I am going to dine there. Well it is simple, it is all about the creations of Chef Yasutoshi Ito. He is truly creative in combining flavours, texture and ingredients while his play can always be truly unique and refine. He definitely loves his food and his creation truly satisfying indeed and this happen on my recent dining at Sagano.

The continuation from saturday outing, after the spread of Dim Sum brunch and the hot air balloon, we headed for a movie at GSC, One-Utama and we watched the Green Zone, what cauht me with surprise was most of us had a real nap inside the cinema with pleasure. :) After movie, it was already 5.30pm and we headed to Nikko Hotel for a Japanese & Chinese, Two in One Buffet Dinner Spread!
