Chinese Chef Chai Kam Loi (Chef Roy) and West Lake Gardenvery stand Chinese Restaurant’s culinary brigade are serving a range of festive dishes rich in symbolism and tradition befitting the Year of the Horse. The highlights are four (4) auspicious set menus and six (6) delectable Yee Sang specials, will be available for lunch and dinner throughout the festivities and I was there to try out some of the them and it was spectecular delicious.

Left the city for a short long break away can be truly exciting, relaxing and fun. I was in Teluk Intan visiting friends, chefs and to discover more comfort food. I am sure my food followers saw my food hunting in both places Teluk Intan and a short day trip at Sitiawan. Anyway I am back on my desk reporting about my recent food discovery in the city. I was at The Curve with a group of foodies indulging the classic Thai cuisine at Thai Express.

Well last night I was caught ! In fact I went nuts with Kissaten Chicken Burger’s BBQ sauce. It was so refreshing soursweet and so damn Super Syiok!

Attending a Ramadan berbuka Puasa can be rather exciting. Lots of varities offered and many pleasing dishes to pick. One that got me truly satisfied was this one at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur. The Chatz Brasserie.

The first thing that got me excited was spotting the golden roasted lamb, ” I must have that little lamb not Mary” I told myself jokingly. It was such an eye catching piece of half whole roasted lamb. I like mine not too lean and must be moist, having the crisp skin to go with it is a must. That night the lamb was truly outstanding, it was done the Brazilian way. Superb and it was done perfectly accurate, not too dry. By the way I like how the young gorgeous chef carved the lamb. He included it with an awesome smile! It was a perfect evening.
