Having to find my way to indulge a fine elegance dinner at Ti Chen Saujana Golf Club prepared by Ti Chon’s new Executive Chinese Chef Sam Lui was truly an exciting experience. As that night we were showcased with some of his award winning and signature dishes from his Signature Dishes and Gold Award Winning Menu from The World Chef Competition 2015, Shanghai. His signature dishes will be available in the new Ti Chen ala carte (unveiling in Sept 20150. As for his Gold Award Winning Menu is available now until end of August with days advance booking.

It’s time for resplendent feasting! Usher in the prosperous Lunar Year of the Horse at Ti Chen of better known as the “Emperor’s Palace” as it offers gourmet indulgence with three available decadent set menus and new creations with significant meanings representing good luck, good fortune and good health! So this year I get to taste the Chinese New Year gourmet personally created by Ti Chen’s Chef Lai Chong Seng himself and I found every dishes was superb deliciously prepared.

Dim Sum Maestro Yau Kim Yew

He is brilliant yet he is sure a young and talented, Dim Sum Maestro Yau Kim Yew. I love his creativite play and truly a persone who will put upmost effort to think out of the box when comes to Dim Sum. Some may go overboard with their creation but Maestro Yau is one of those chefs that who I know who will go all out to maintain the substance and traditiion of a little petite dim sum. He is so adoreable yet his dim sum is something to die for.

A Newly Refurbished Palace of Emperor to Usher in the Dragon Lunar Chinese New Year!

This restaurant had a recent refurbishing just before the Chinese New Year and I just love the overall chenges of this fabulous place, infused with lots black Chinese wooden screen while flushed with red deco and beautiful white curtains. Yes I was there tossing my delicious Yee Sang with many lovely thoughts and 2012 wishes. :)
