Burger King Launches NINJA Promotion with Black Charcoal Bun Burgers

Burger King Ninja 1

Last week was awesome as I got to taste the latest Burger King Ninja Burger and Jumbo Frank. I got to confessed that I felt like having a fabulous orgy of burgers and hotdogs. What makes me felt so in love with this burger was of its black charcoal sesame bun and coating of their signature teriyaki sauce. I found it to be brilliant. As for the Jumbo Frank, the chicken sausage came in such a fabulous size that can easily seduce me. Yes it was sure tasty!

RM5 Meal at Delifrance Mid Valley

Pastry

It was so Parisian that noon. I got to confess that sipping into my freshly brewed coffee was such an intriging thing to do. Full with such an aroma definitely a great day to sit down and stratergies work. But I was not here to get work going but rather getting out my tasting bud ready. Yup, I was at Delifrance Mid Valley for a joyous food escapism.

Citron Basil Gateaux with Pêche

Lemom Basil Gateaux

One after another new gateaux had been churning out from my studio. Here yet another interesting light gateaux that I created. Having the refreshing taste of lemon infused in the mousse can be truly delicious. But to enhance the taste, basil leafs was generously disposed into the it. The volcanic taste will just burst into awesome flavour and yet kept at lite.

Summer Park Restaurant Bukit Tinggi Bentong

Restaurant Summer Park Beancurd Sandwich
Sandwich Beancurd

Heading to Bukit Tinggi just after the Genting Highland Tunnel can be such an exciting thing to do. Well we had a vegetable farming visit at the hills of Bukit Tinggi. It was truly specteclar, riding over the bumpy and muddy hill. Just like riding a wild horse, on the back of the rustice jeep. Walking up those hilly cultivated land can be such a challenge especially for me having such a overly build body. “I must start exercising more frequent from now on”, I fried my little tiny brain.

I am truly glad that I did not need to pick which restaurant to have lunch as along one road at Bukit Tinggi you can just see a sea of restaurants lining up to serve your hunger. Our host did the pick! The Summer Park Restaurant located on the far left of the main road as you turn into the little town.

Herritage Village at Aman Suria

Heritage Village
Heritage Village

It was a sunday early lunch that brought me to Heritage Village, yet another good food around my neighbourhood. I just love the local dishes ranging from street food to typical authentic food, Penang Street food to typical Northen Nyonya gourmet is what I discovered here!

The tables were nearly fully occupied when we arrived and we decided to have the outside table, bright and yet good for photography. We ordered a light lemongrass iced drink and also the three layers iced tea. Refreshing and a true cooler!

MED.@Marche-Live MIGF 2010

wall menu

One of my favourite restaurant in Kuala Lumpur would definitely be MED.@Marche-Live overseen by a rising and dashing good looking chef, Chef Paul Lewis. This talent of this Aussie chef can easily be spotted through his MIGF menu, it was a well crafted seven course feast with individual taste and unique experience. Together with it’s a modern chic spacious interior, my whole dining experience that night was amazing beautiful. It was truly impressive.

Chef Paul Lewis

Chef’s creations had amazed me all the time till even now. My last dining experience was four months back when this dashing good looking hunk chef arrived in Kuala Lumpur, that night was a superb dinner and for this current MIGF, he had his creation spot on. It was flavourful, simple and most, it was superbly tasty. One of his dish was the Brodetto that had kept me wanting more. It was truly exotically addictive and so pleasureable.

MAX Rite Bites Food Fest @ Changkat Bukit Bintang

During the Max Bites Food Fest, we were brought to Frangipani which offers contemporary french cuisine, located along Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang. In this visit we were escorted to their upstair bar which is one of the most visited bars during the weekend and downstair is where their dining area which serve comtemporary french cuisine. Looking through from the upstair, the dining area looks classy and centered with a pool.

We were served with a variety of cocktail drinks which taste very strong and bitter to my liking.

Here comes the finger food, there were served on chinese white ceramic soup spoon. Oh! This taste rather delicious, it was smoke duck served on mash potatoes. I like this, it really make me so hooked on them and I keep eating them spoon after spoon.

This is another gorgeous salmon. Such a finger salmon, comes in such a thick portion and yet so succulent. If you are a raw fish lover, this something to die for.

And here comes the dessert, meringue sandwich with thick cream and chocolat. Just superb to end the visit.

Just look how we end this visit at Frangipani, just well licked stacks of white chinese ceramic soup spoons. I hope the next time I get to taste their food at their dinning section, that would be something to look forward and to die for.
