This is awesome as having no time on my hand, I managed to come out with a few newly sculptured wedding cakes for my 2011 collection. This one is just a glimpse of my current and 2011 wedding cake designs. I will be playing with macarons and ribbons for my current half year collection. Yes I still can’t stay was using my piping techniques which I incorporated on this desgin. I kept it apple green and with bursting orangy which I think it can be truly trendy! Macarons! macarons! I love macarons.

At this moment I am working on a huge macaron wedding tower for this weekend’s wedding, for a lovely couple flying back from Melbourne. It will be exciting and I hope I will bring the beauty of the macaron tower to a new level! I just love it! but it may not be your cup of tea! My thoughts had change recently and flurish with great ideas, thanks to Dato’ Jimmy Choo.

He flew in from Paris, she was in Kuala Lumpur waiting. Both meet up and celebrated a fairy tale wedding. Nurfarissa a doctor by profession and Rushdan an engineer based in Paris. She was gorgeous and he was truly the prince on that night.

Wedding Cake Showcase | Prince Hotel

BIG BOYS OVEN WEDDING CAKES

This is a great news for myself and BigBoysOven, sure you may ask why and would like to know. Well we invited by Prince Hotel to showcase our wedding cake starting from this April 2009 at their hotel lobby. I myself was so excited and how fantastic this can be.

Therefore last week I created a three tier wedding cake and brought it over to the hotel on the weekend for the showcase. I did a simple one with butterflies and with orangy ribbons as the theme colour.

Terence & Pei Ming’s Wedding Cupcakes . . .

We meet Terence, Pei Ming and Amanda at our place few months back to discuss their wedding cupcakes and last month Terence & Pei Ming had their wedding dinner at Imperial Sheraton Hotel Kuala Lumpur. 400cupcakes were ordered for their wedding day while 30cupcakes were placed on the tiers at the stage and the rest was packed nicely in a cupcake box for the guests to take home after the wedding dinner.

As Terence and Pei Ming wanted a simple pink cupcakes and I baked them chocolat, vanilla and greentea cupcakes and swirled with pink butter cream. The cupcake tiers were beautifully arranged with champange glasses, beautiful maroon coloured ribbons and scattered with rose petals.

Tiramisu Cake

Everyone loves a piece of this cake called tiramisu and so do I. It is a full flavour cake with the layered aroma of mascaporne cheese and coffee syrup. The tiramisu I crafted is also a continuation design of o’chocolat where I use macaroons and golden chocolat ribbons.


In the coming post, I will teach you how to create your own tiramisu and you will be in for a surprise, as you will know how easy it can be. So hope to see you back here soon.

Doraemon Landed on O’Chocolate

Doraemon had landed on O’Chocolate……….? In fact this is the cake that requested by Zsarina for Fawwaz’s Birthday and he is 10 years old this year…… HAPPY BIRTHDAY FAWWAZ!!!

Well, this is the bigger version of O’Chocolate and it weights about 2kg and had it decorated with chocolate macaroons with dark chocolat ganache, espresso macaroons with white chocolat ganache and also chocolat ribbons with gold patterns.

Zsarina loves the cake and the remark from her over the phone was, “lovely cake, very rich and delicious!”. I was so….so blushed yet happy, another satisfied customer.
