Usher in the prosperous Lunar Year of the Horse at Ti Chen of better known as the “Emperor’s Palace” as it offers gourmet indulgence with three available decadent set menus and new creations with significant meanings representing good luck, good fortune and good health! So this year I get to taste the Chinese New Year gourmet personally created by Ti Chen’s Chef Lai Chong Seng himself and I found every dishes was superb deliciously prepared.

Last night I dropped by to attend a ramadan tasting and it was keep to the taste at their best, I got to pen down here as a pure statement that I like their Patin fish cooked in fermented durian sauce. The smell can be not appealing to some but the taste and flavour was definitely my thing. I am suckes for strong flavour dishes. Their Deep fried garoupa fish coated with water pple salad was damn interesting and the present of Asian hrebs boosted up the whole fish dish, defintely my thing.

I just adore a superior finely done Guinness Stout Chicken. First the batter has to be right texture and well coated the chicken. Then the chicken needed to be crispy deep fried before being laceed with concerntrated Guiness Stout sauce. At Hiing Fatt here, it was perfect executed. flavourful , at the right sweetness and still maintain it crispiness.
