Recent I was at an awesome event where Korean Celebrity Chef Edward Kwon has been appointed an Honorary Chef of BERJAYA University College of Hospitality (BERJAYA UCH) becoming the first Chef that the University College has bestowed such an honour.

Mr Freddie Pang, Executive Director of Berjaya Corporation Bhd, presented the Award Certificate to Chef Edward Kwon (Korean name Kwon Young Min), who flew in from Seoul to accept it at a dedicated ceremony commemorating the event. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Chung Chi-won, Consular Attaché from the Korean Embassy, representatives from the Korean Tourism Organization, guests from the corporate, hospitality and lifestyle industries, local celebrities as well as members of the Korean community in Kuala Lumpur.

A Glam Night with Champagne and Oysters at 7atenine

It was a night just filled with oysters, yes a free flow of fresh oysters and there were amazingly delicious. Then there were oysters with sorbet served chilled as shotters. To pair with them was bubbly champagne. The music was smooth and entertaining. People was enjoying it very much, plates after plates of oysters indulging. There I bumped into Dennis lau and Ning Baizura my favourite singer. There was a show of pearls by lovely models too.
