I suppose the beef noodle shop is the one which overlooking the new half built bridge in JB town. I am beef noodle fanatic and have eaten in fame places like Bangkok, New York (Vietnam style), Melbourne, Hong Kong and more in KL. This JB one, is the best among all. My only fear is that the owner may quit soon due to age.

EMINENT FROG PORRIDGE AT LRG 19 – Singapore Geylang Unique Gourmet

Mum doesn’t like it and doesn’t eat it but I do, it’s awesome, it is soft, tender, sweet and taste awesome delicous, just perfectly done like we do with chicken fillet. I usually have them in dried chilly stir fry or even with pan fried slice fresh ginger and fresh sping onions. While my stay in Singapore, I got the chance to indulge into dishing it at Geylang, Singapore. Me and Jak got ourself into the taxi heading toward Geylang for this awesome gourmet, the claypot frog porridge. While in the taxi, the friendliness of our driver (truely singapore) had recommended us to this restaurant called eminent frog porridge at “lorong 19″ lane 19. You want to know why? We were informed that the restaurant offers buying two frogs, get one free . . . . sounds like a fanatastic bargain, and we truly agreed without any negotiation.

CANELE PATISSERIE CHOCOLATERIE – SINGAPORE BEST DESSERTS

I will be having a few days free before the classes start and I decided to visit some of  the Singapore greatest patisserie and the first one I visited was the Canele at Robertson Walk which was located  just nearby the place I am staying at the moment. Janice informed that this shop is the first Canele outlet and also the central kitchen. It was an awesome place to be, full with lovely petite gateux and plenty to choose from. Just a heaven for me! :) The work of Chef Phang just amazed me and so well justified. As we had to meet up with Jak, we decided to do our dessert forking at Canele, Shaw Centre instead, another outlet that I would call a beautiful cake boutique.
