Having bought our cinema tickets for a night show at Ecurve, we decided to pop into Tony Roma’s for dinner. Their current promotion Ribs, Seafood & Steak looked impressive. Three mains and four drinks were put together for this promotion: Tony Roma’s Beef Short Ribs with Cranberry Demi-Glace, Salmon with Shrimp in Lemon Sauce, Filet Mignon with Fried Onion Rings & Demi Glace, Romarita, Strawberry Romarita, Mango Romarita and Wild Berry Romarita.
