Now you may ask me where to get that smoked pigeon. Well it was a short story. I got it at the Sunday morning farmer market at Shah Alam Stadium at 3pigeon for RM12. It wasn’t expensive. I got excited already at the moment. I want to have it in my soup together with the lemon I had preserved. READ HERE. Thank God I managed to get it done last night and shared the soup with my mum. It was brilliant. The soup was filled with intensify flavour indeed. Lovely and I never regreted it for trying it out.

I just love how this chicken is prepared when I read the recipe, the amount of fresh herb used can be so divine in flavour and taste. This chicken is definitely delicious as all the fresh ingredients had been hand pounded and rather blended. The final product was truly over whelming, the chicken was succulent inside and the coated ingredient just seems to have sip in well. I was delicious and I can have half the chicken to myself.

I love having chickpeas and I cook them with my pressure cooker HERE. This time I added this gorgeous chickpeas into my chicken curry. The dish tasted brilliantly. This curry chicken I used Chef Norman Musa’s meat curry powder but you can opt for other type also can. The cooking did not take long on pressure cooker, it was fast less than 25mins and the dish is ready to eat. I just love those soft tender chickpea as it goes so well with the curry sauce. Here is the recipe I used.

I love fondling with those chickpeas that I bought from the Indian grocers but at NSK I found the big ones and did not hesitate to bring them home. Cooked chickpeas is a good snack by itself and the taste can be intensify by adding salt and spices. People like myself with diabetic, chickpea is definitely a great good to sort for, as it makes food taste much better. So I have some make and stashed in the refrigerator, when I am hungry I get to indulge them in my comfort.

I was attended a weekday dinner which started at about 7pm when all of us finally got to this restaurant and it was getting busy. We were here to try out their talk about mud crab and we had a terrific time indulging them. We were a bunch of great seven eaters and this was our journey on that hilarious night. I was totally hypnotised over what I was having. I was totally out of control on my diet.
