Preserved Black Beans Pork Ribs with Philips Airfryer

I just love simplicity in preparing food especially fast and yet less hassle, an airfryer can perform such task. This round I cooked Preserved Black Beans Pork Ribs with Philips Airfryer. With the use of wrapping aluminium foil on the airfryer I am able to steam the content inside it. I works brilliantly and yet delicious.

Marinated Pork Ribs with Preserved Black Beans

Ingredient (for 1-2pax)
200gm Pork Ribs (request from your butcher the soft ribs as it has a softer texture when cooked)
3gm Preserved Black Beans (about 10seeds – soaked with a bit of water for cleaning – available at any Chinese sundry shop)
1/4teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Wine
1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Supreme Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sliced Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Potato Starch
2 tablespoon Water
some chopped Spring Onion
a pinch of Salt and White Pepper

Place Marinated Pork Ribs with Preserved Black Beans onto the Aluminium Foil

Method
1. Marinate the pork ribs with sesame oil, Chinese wine, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper and salt. Add in water and potato starch, mix the pork ribs. Set it aside for a while.
2. Place the marinated pork ribs onto the aluminium foil and wrapped it.
3. Preheat the Airfryer at 200C for 3 minutes.
4. Place the Pork Rib into the Aifryer for 15minutes at 180C
5. Your pork ribs is ready for serving.
