I always have a pack of mince kept in the freezer just incase if I need to do some congee or steaming, it sure comes handy. This time I make some pork balls using the airfryer. It was not too difficult, I add in some chopped boiled potato to give it so biting texture and some chopped coriander leafs to give it some great fragrant smell.
