Chef Sam Leong

I was so glad to have been invited to taste on Chef Sam Leong’s dishes. We had a nice 4-course dinner with great backdrop ambient at Tao Chinese Cuisine. First came was the crunchy and wholesome delicious Wok Fried Wasabi Prawn with Mango Salsa. It played well in my mouth with such succulent taste and I like the crisp of the outer layer and coated with excellent mango salsa.

The Crispy Fish Sea Garoupa was so splendid to have, it was done perfectly stated, crispy. The accompanied homemade superior light soy sauce paired so well with the sea garoupa and a bowl of rice came truly handy that night.

Wok Fried Chicken with Homemade Black Pepper Sauce, Ginger and Spring Onion

The Wok Fried Chicken with Homemade Black Pepper Sauce, Ginger and Spring Onion was tasty too. The chicken was tenderly done, moist and succulent. Having the black pepper sauce, ginger and spring onion gave the dish an excellent appearance.

Chilled Mango Pudding

Having a Chilled Mango Pudding to end the night was a great pick. It was served chilled filled with nice taste of mango, smooth, soft and with right sweetness.
