The Chinese dishes created here at EE Chinese Cuisine never failed to impress me over and over again. This time I was there to try out their Mid Autumn Mooncakes and we were served with a six course delicious banquet dinner.

That night that graced the dining table was the EE Deluxe Combination that consisted of two lovely Chinese starters, a Mille Paste and Creamy Scallop. The Mille Paste consists of three layer of fish and prawn paste layer over with seaweed and salted egg yolk while the bottom was coated with sliver almonds and top was layer with chicken skin. The texture of the paste was so refreshing to bite into, the chicken skin was slightly crisp after given a light deep fried. The Sliver almond too gave a good crunchy bites, lovely to have. The sauce plate sitting on top of the pot was filled with scallops coated with mayonnaise cream that gave the dish such a divine flavour, texture and taste. Yes it was delicious and yet both paired so well.

Double Boiled Shark’s Bone Soup with Fish Maw & Wanton

The soup came warm and so excellent to have. For one like myself I would love to have something warm and a bowl of soup will do me fine. Here the double boiled shark’s bone soup was refined prepared and it came with such an intense flavour and taste. In the soup, the present of fish maw and wanton intensify the eating experience. It was a good soup especially it was served warm and filled with strong robust flavour.

Oven Baked Lamb Cutlet with Chef Special Sauce

The Oven Baked Lamb Cutlet was so tenderly soft and succulent. It was definitely a very good piece of lamb cutlet crafted to perfection. The sauce played well too in boosting up the flavour making it so amazing. A piece was not enough and I was craving for another piece at that moment.

Braised River Prawn with Golden Broth

The river prawn was huge and looked excellent. The texture of the was firm and refreshingly prepared. Braised brilliant over a delicious golden broth and accompanied with a man crafted whole mushroom bun. Yes this dish looked so scrumptious and it was a great eating experience. It was one of my favourite dish that night.

Vermicelli Soup with Marble Goby Fish Head

Next came a bowl of fish noodle which took me to another exciting level of food gourmet. It may be a simple noodle dish but refined ingredients were used. Here Deep fried marble goby fish head was put into play and the broth used was truly intense with fish flavour. The texture of the goby fish head was amazingly good and I totally wipe cleaned my portion. The vermicelli was plenty but having such a great bowl of broth, I had all cleaned. It was such a satisfying bowl of fish noodle. Yes it was a premium one.

Chilled Coconut Pudding

Besides indulging EE’s mooncakes we were served with delicious chilled coconut pudding. The coconut pudding was soft and tenderly make and filled with a great young coconut taste. It was just gorgeous.

If you are looking for a great dine this Autumn celebration, EE Chinese Cuisine is definitely a place to be. The dining experience is just terrific.
