This Valentine’s Day at Fuzio Bar & Ristorante a fabulous gourmet had been crafted for couples that dine in. It tasted the menu and felt it is really amazingly good. For instant their entrement is a beautifully plated of pinkish Salmon Carpaccio topped with finely sliced mushroom, arugula and thinly shredded cheese. It is sure to impress on Valentine’s night.
The Zuppa di Funghi had a fabulous seductive taste and I just like the dense of the mushroom soup, full of wholesome flavour and the bursting aroma of white truffle can easily be detected.
As we moved to the main, a white rectangular plate was painted beautifully with three type of delicious pasta, Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Beef Taglata, Spaghetti Pomodara with grilled marinated chicken and Spaghetti Pesto with Pan Seared Salmon. The three combination was truly delicious and each pasta taste uniquely. I love the one with Pomodara more as it tasted so succulent and just hit my liking note.
The Frutti di Mare al Cartoccia was just lovely and I was left mesmerizing it. The baked seafood came with a thick piece of cod steak, tiger prawn, scallops, mussels and squid.I got to confessed here that the sauce was brilliant and tasty. It jived so well with the seafood and had me wanting more and the best thing I did was spooning the sauce dry. It was the best dish of my week. A must try.
As for the dessert, I had their homemade molten chocolate and it came with a scoop of gelato. It was nice and did calm me down to enjoy it. The experience on their Valentine’s menu seems to work well with my tasting palate and I am sure it will make the night on Valentine’s Day a night to remember.
