Took two whole garlic and had the head chopped off and sprayed with olive oil. Now I had them baked using my Philips Airfryer, simple it was, less hassle and my pantry still very clean. It took me about 10mins at 180C. It was nicely brown. Another important ingredient for this soup dish is the whole white pepper. The whole pepper was given a nice grilled till fragrant in the Philips Airfryer and slightly crushed on the mortar using the pestle.
