Vietnamese Host Ms Diue Anh Nguyen and Chef Viet Anh Nguyen

Vietnamese Host Ms Diue Anh Nguyen and Chef Viet Anh Nguyen were flown in from Vietnamese to create such a magical night. Their deep fried Vietnamese spring roll was superbly executed, just crisp on the outside and came with tasty filling. The light fish sauce dipped lifted up the taste of the spring roll with such a delight. That night I have about a dozen of them well tucked somewhere in my stomach.

Vietnamese Fried Spring Roll

The fresh wrapped prawn roll was as good as the fried ones but this must be eaten with the dip sauce to brighten up the taste and flavour. My bowl of Beef Pho noodle was very well balance, it came warm and very likeable.

Stew Beef in Coconut Juice

Their Vietnamese Clear Pineapple Fish Soup was so good, it came with a refreshing taste of sweet and sour than can just seduce you right away and wanting for more is not an option. The stew beef I had that night was brilliant, naturally tendered with the present of coconut juice and the texture was pretty moist.

Wok Fried Chicken with Sweet & Sour Fish Sauce

The wok fried chicken with sweet and sour fish sauce came with good flavour but I felt it should be served warm. I quiet like the Grilled Squid with Lemongrass and Chilli as it had a well balance aroma of the lemongrass and the lightly hinted heat transpired from the chilli.
