I went over to Tony Roma’s to try out their latest introduction to the “Legendary for Ribs Famous for so much more”. There were a few great dishes on that menu that was very noticeable. I like their beef ribs and so was their salmon over a cooked pasta. Not only that their sirloin steak was mouth watering too.
Tony’s Signature Combo came with two bountiful beef ribs and two fillet medallions topped with their signature sauce paired with two jumbo shrimps basted with Tennessee butter and served on a fresh baked crostini while broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes came along. As for the custom portion, it is half the size of the signature combo. I truly like this combination platter as it is much lighter and had a varied taste plus texture.
Salmon Scampi Pasta was my favourite as the salmon steak was juicy and chunky. It was a well balance cooked as the it was pretty moist inside and slightly crisp on the surface. The pasta underneath the salmon was tasty. It had a light sautéed with garlic, fresh basil, tomato pesto and a hint of chipotle. Lovely/
I love the Four Cheese Stuffed Sirloin. It was stunning and keep me a wondering how they managed to stuff the four blended cheese into the steak. The steak was done to tender as to my liking and tipped with sautéed mushroom and caramelized onions. It was very appetizing and something that can cheer me up instantly.
I order a Cranberry Fizz that came in a fusion of cranberry, apple and mango juice and a touch of ice cream soda to kill my thirst. I got to confess it was a brilliant meal experience and will coming back for another treat. . . . . Sidney Kan
