I was here to try them out and I did, I swear and I had all the four dishes all to myself . . .. . . . so hilarious. Thanks to Tony Roma’s for making it accessible for my pure tasting. The spread was really stunning and delicious.
I am amazed all the dishes came fresh and warm truly got my mood of good eating and filled with great joy. Yes I was well pampered and I like it, a true confession.
I just love the fresh blend of lightly seasoned mandarin oranges and hand-cut avocado marinated in grape juice then tossed over with Roma tomatoes, red onion and topped with fresh cilantro. Then it was topped over the salmon to give it a fabulous zesty taste. It was just perfect and the salmon came warm. This dish id erved with choice of two sides.
A flame grilled salmon fillet came basted with housemade walnut and maple butter sauce that smells good. The texture of salmon was good and paired surely well with the walnut maple butter that seem disappeared from the salmon as it melted away, served with choice of two sides.
Grilled salmon rubbed with signature spices tasted lovely. The present of the topper with housemade sriracha butter just make the dish taste terrific. Served with rice and fresh vegetables.
Grilled salmon topped with shrimp sautéed in housemade lemon sauce got me exciting after my first bite into their shrimp. It was crystal crunch while the salmon came smooth and tender. Served with choice of two sides.
