With over 30 rustic Italian dishes to choose from, you are spoilt for choice with this extensive menu. Starting off with Antipasti, you have 8 different items ranging from Smoked Norwegian Salmon and Rocket with Lemon Dressing Oil to Sun-Dried Tomato Cous-Cous Salad with Asparagus and Bell Peppers. As for the soup of the day, Chef Filippo likes to keep it a surprise by changing it every Sunday.
Moving on to the pasta selection, you have a choice of Fusilli, Linguine or Penne with Pesto Sauce, Arrabbiata Sauce or Seafood Tomato Sauce to give your pasta the extra flavour. If you’re not a fan of pasta, you can always opt for pizzas which are made fresh in front of you from Senja’s wood oven fire with a choice of Margherita or Pepperoni.
If you prefer a less smoky taste to your meal, you can choose from having the Seabass in Beurre Blanc Sauce with Capers and Lemon or Escalope of Chicken with Wild Mushroom and Cream Sauce amongst 4 other tantalizing dishes!
