Last week I was at Zende for Penang Exotic Nasi Kandar and I truly enjoyed my plate filled with wholesome goodness. Zende had set up a station dedicated for the spread of Nasi Kandar and they looked superb delicious. I wonder how one can resist such awesome gourmet. Just by looking at them, my saliva just pouring out . . . . lol!
That day I saw the spread of Kari Bawal Hitam (Black Pompret Curry), Ayam Kicap (Chicken in Soya Sauce), Ayam Madu (Honey Chicken), Kari Ayam (Chicken Curry), Sotong Kunyit Pudina (Mint-Tumeric Squid), Udang Kunyit Pudina (Mint-Tumeric Prawns), Kobis Goreng Kunyit (Stir-Fried Cabbage), Daging Masak Hitam (Beef in Black Sauce), Tulang Kambing Masak Kari (Lamb Rib Curry), Ketam Goreng (Fried Crab), Telur Mata (Fried Egg), Bendi Rebus (Stir-Fried Ladies Fingers), Telur Ikan Goreng (Fried Fish Roe), Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken), Sambal Pudina (Mint Chutney), Kari Telur (Egg Curry), Telur Masin (Salted Egg), Nasi Putih (Steamed White Rice), Papadom, Mixed Vegetables and Acar Timun & Nenas (Cucumber & Pineapple Pickles) lining up there way to tempt their customers. Yup the queue was building up within the minute the chefs started serving. For dinner this fabulus spread of invitng Nasi Kandar was just RM45nett per person.
My plate I have it covered with white rice flooded with curry gravy and lots of fried fish roe, lamb curry, a bits of fried chicken, fried cabbage and salted egg. Well I had a blast evening and I had my dinner being accompanied with a large mug of beer. I had my joy that night and eating my late in the evening before I surrender ! lol! Fabulous !
