It was a fabulous night out that I preached like Madonna that whole night. It was one of the most enjoyed food outing that I experienced. I was very relax and laid back the whole dining on that evening. It was a rooftop BBQ and also serve a fabulous kushiyaki with true experience.
A Japanese Charcoal Binchotan Grill experience was truly a fun experience as I did most of the eating part and left the cooking to my foodies. I was much cleverer on this session lol! Let’s run through the grill, the ingredients were fresh indeed. Honestly we were pork-ing the whole night, started from the neck, belly and ribs. Walked through the sliced brinjals and fresh shitake mushroom. Their Beef tongue and Australian beef sirloin were excellent too.
Parading over with their kushiyaki was damn exciting. I had the best chicken liver in town. The salted chicken liver was at only RM4 per stick and I get the blessing of alike foie gras in taste. crusty on the outside, tenderly soft inside. It was so amazing. The teriyaki chicken liver was even more amazing in taste and texture. I had two rounds, to be exact we all had two rounds. The chicken and leek stick was great too. Nice taste and grilled to perfection. As a big gizzard fan I was recommend to try it out and I was left with such amazed. It was excellent.
Bangoya at Jaya One is definitely the place to be. Great dining at most pleasure. Something different, a place to meet friends over a casual BBQ and relax over a few pints ! A the rooftop is encasing area is not big, I do recommend you to book your tables, just incase. I love this new ‘ly open venue . . . . . love casual dining t Bangoya . . . . . Sidney Kan
