I just love having myself over to Intermark for a fabulous treats. one of them would be jazzing myself on a slice of delicious cake at T Forty Two. On one of my trip last year, together with my pals we indulged and pampered ourself with just desserts and a cup if refined warm English Tea.
Stationed at the mid way of the ground floor which can hardly be miss is this modern and yet French modern influence deco bistro. It serves classic French cuisine with a quirky twist such as French inspired salads, pies, quiches, sandwiches, steak frites and duck cassoulet. BUt I was there for thier calssic and scrumptious desserts. Isaphan macarons was on my first listing and here it was done with rose macaron sandwiched with raspberry lychee cream. Here the macaron was fresh, crisp and gummy to my liking while the lychee cream reacted positively with the macaron shell while the fresh raspberry just sinked in well makes it ways into my tasting palatte perfectly. It was really delicious.
On of my favourite was this incredible densed cheesecake with a touch of macadamia and laced with lovely desireable soft caramel. The taste was to die for that makes me waiting for more, one piece may not able to kill my desire. It came with a nice touch of light sweetness. Good.
Having to find a Mont Blanc in Kuala Lunpur just suprised me. Knowing my dessert just like a dictionary, I went right away to have a comfort tasting. Having cheestnut cream lingering my lips was such a fun thing to experience and to discover a soft tender chestnut hidden inside was truly a luxurious discovery and not forgetting biting imto the crisp white merigue structure was truly comforting delightful. It was defintely a smashing dessert !
