Lately I had been very busy myself and noticed that I had not been blogging regularly. Please accept my apologies. I guessed with such a busy schedule, I still make time for food indulging. My latest recent discovery was this old boys 4 o’clock morning Dim Sum joint located at Pudu market, city centre.

I was totally amazed with its pretty uniqueness and authenticness. The open kitchen was set at the back end of the coffee shop while steaming was done in front. It had a great view and everything dim sum was prepared from fresh. The choice was plenty, from “Chee Cheong Fun” Fresh Rice Noodle to “Har Kow” Prawn Dumplings.

Their “Loh Mai Kai” Glutinious Rice was just spot on, well seasoned and had a great bodily texture, not too overly soft. I just loved the taste and the grain was well selected. The piping hot glutinous rice came with chicken. Chinese mushroom and Chinese sausage. Defintely a must order!

Definitely the freshly made the “Chee Cheong Fun” rice noodle fabulously soft and moist yet tasty. The freshness makes it truly stand out and the soy soauce paired it perfectly. Something that jived well for an early morning breakfast. I got to confessed that I be-heaven by their steamed spare ribs in black bean as it was so tasty. Definitely well marinated, defintely my favourite of all. :)

I defintely will be recommending this place as their Dim Sum is one of the best in town at such an early morning. I carved them for consecutively 3 days on a row, wow I just love waking up early. . . . . . . .. . . . . I just love Dim Sum-ing!
