This round my task was to visit and sample the food specially prepared at the Golden Sun Seafood Restaurant tucked away at the far end corner main road of Jalan Kuchai Lama. It is not too difficult to locate. Having my car parked is not too difficult either. The restaurant was located on the first floor of the building.

Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat

The restaurant came in a slight rustic look while flushed over a typical Chinese backdrop that had caught my attention this time. I felt I was transformed into my middle twenties at age. We were greated well with great politeness and was ushered to a private banquet room. As we took our seat, a warm bowl of mouth-watering Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat made its way through. I was totally charmed. It had a great uniform smooth texture and the present of crab meat can easily be detected through its distinct smell. It was a great start to begin with.

Hong Kong Style Roasted Shatin Chicken

The Hong Kong Style Roasted Shatin Chicken was at its class, soft, moist and had a slightly crisp skin. I was truly excited as I was having two of them. Definitely delicious!

Steamed Fresh Water Prawn

The sizeable fresh water prawn had encapsulated our hearts that afternoon. It was refreshingly good in taste and colour.

?Stir Fried Assorted Vegetables with Garlic

I just love munching over the next vegeterian dish called Stir Fried Assorted Vegetables with Garlic. It was light, simple and yet able to retained. I spotted celery, peas, sliced lotus root and dried squid.

Chinese Herbal Jelly

Their Chiese Herbal Jelly was truly heaven for me as I got to eat more than three bowls. Fabulous . . . . . .. . enjoyed Sidney Kan
