Roasted Whole Deer Leg

I was made excited while starring at the whole super large garoupa fish aand on the other side was this whole roasted deer leg caught me by surprised. Interesting. The roasted deer was excellent, moist to perfection with slight gamey flavour. Truly intensify the night. Gulai kawah, sweet and sour tamarind fish, lamb kuzi, curry fish head and beef ribs were at play in the kitchen setting to tempt me and I was amazed.

Spiced Lamb

The selection at the Steamboat station was pretty good and you can have it done DIY! Deep in is the Northern & Soutern India Cuisine that can seduce you wih its creation and while none the other famous Tandoori station will just melt you with its tender loving grilled chicken.

Briyani Rice with Meatballs

Grill Fish and Satay are both delicious items not to be missed. The juicy well marinated meat on skrewers just tempeted me the whole evening. If you love local food, Penang’s “Rojak” fruit salad and “Sotong Kang Kong” would be a tasty feast. “Nasi Kerabu” Rice Salad was lovely and very flavourful yet light.
