“Berbuka Puasa” Equisite Break Fast Buffet Dinner at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur at RM78++

Coming back for a Break Fast feast can be so exciting and this year the spread of goodies seem to be very overwhelming at Flavors Restaurant, Swiss-Garden Hotel. About 150 different dishes will be on the showcase ranginf from freshly prepared salads and kerabu, soups, hot dishes, mouth watering desserts and a variety of thirst quenching beverages and all prepared by the culinary team head by Executive Chef Manimaran.

The Hotel is famous for it’s whole Arabian Lamb roasting style and will be served nightly served with hummus dips. The Briyani Gam is something I did enjoy incoperate with wither chicken or lamb. Along wit it, pots of dish such as “daging masak lemak cili api” beef cooked in fresh tumeric and coconut sauce, “ketam asam pedas” sweet and sour crab, “sup tulang” beef soup was brilliant and “bubur lambuk” savoury porridge was tasty as always.

Beef and chicken satay are a must have during the Ramadhan. Pan-fried fish like ikan Tenggiri and Terubuk are needed to be check out if you are dining there. The spread of dessert was truly overwhelming as always, western desserts, fried durian tempura, fried banana, malay kuih and you can easily make way for a chilled ice kacang too.
