It’s awesome to be back again to Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa to try out this year berbuka Puasa Fiesta at the newly refurbished FUZION. I just love this awesome and most the great feel it had encapsulated me that afternoon. Great setting for the review, just outside the the terrace just next to the newly open kitchen. Truly filled with gastronomic feel while the inside is truly gorgeous. Adoreable, definitely a new place to get excited and to play with. Did I mention play? lol :)

“Udang Galah Sambal Tumis” River Prawn Sambal

Putting my taste on the baked lamb in date cumin gravy was truly exciting. It just melts as I bite into it. Then a thick coconut paste was used to cook the fish, it was rich in flavour and taste absolutelly delicious. Lovely site that caught everyone’s attention was this huge reddish river prawn, just like bring out the devil in me. Filled with lots of lust! :)

At Fuzion, partake in a symphony of classic favourites such as Gulai Itik Jawa Pekan, Daging Goreng 1960, Ayam Masak Kicap Batang Bonar, Udang Galah Sambal Tumis, Ikan Patin Gulai Tempoyak and more. Painstakingly slow-cooked in Chef’s recipe is the Gulai Kawah that steals the limelight at Fuzion.
