Macaron tree 1

I had been busy away from my kitchen this few weeks as I was baby sitting my nephew and niece during this school holidays. But I did sneak into the kitchen to bake some request. One was Bruno’s wedding solemnisation macaron cake.

Bruno was swifted, he emailed me what he wanted. A photo of a tree filled with macarons. I baked heart shape macarons came in two colours. Baked a round cake and fondant it, built a tree.

It was awesome building this macaron cake. Another project accomplished and will be planning another macaron project next week. I will definitely be having macaron class this June while cake baking in July ! . . . . . . . . . Macaron-ing with me, Sunny Yaw
