Macaron Sonia Barbie

I never thought of sculpturing a barbie princess until Balqesh requested one for her little five years old Sonia’s birthday party. Balqesh requested it must be a macaron Barbie, yes filled it up with macarons please.
I coned layers of chocolate and bamboo charcoal cake, sadwiched with buttercream. Covered with white silky royal icing. While building up the cake I prepared about sixty macarons filled with various fillings. Coloured with pink, yellow and purple macaron shell.
The whole sculpture looked truly pretty and gorgeous, Happy Birthday Sonia ! It was awesome to see Sonia smiling when she recieved her Barbie . . . . . . . . . . Sunny Yaw got Barbie-d!
