Having a great time and also a hangover after that can be such an experience. I had that but with such a twist. I enjoyed my night. Amazing music, lovely people and a total different experience. What I did the next morning? I had Chicken Rice as the remedy to overcome my hangover. Pin Xiiang was the stop I make that morning. Yes not too far either.

Sweet Glazed Roasted Pork Belly “Char Siew” Egg Noodle with Dumplings “Wan Tan”

There the three of us sitting waiting to drive our desire to 4h gear. We ordered the glazed roasted pork belly egg noodle “Char Siew Wanton Mein” with dumplings. It arrived fast. The egg noodle was very bouncy and crispy yet tender. Laced with precise dark sauce. Pefect to my expectation. A fine crunchy egg noodle came with a soft dumplings. Fabulous as it was topped with sliced roasted glazed pork belly.

Rice topped with minced Garlic, Poached Chicken, Crisp Roasted Pork Belly “Siew Yok”, Sweet Gllazed Roasted Pork Belly “Char Siew”

Fragrant rice with poached chicken is a must. Here it was done to that perfection. Soft, silky and tender. Golden roasted chicken available too. I was rather hungry while spotted the crispy roasted pork belly and I end up having an awesome plate. It was luscious. So evil ! filled with awesome texture and yet layered with fats. I did not stop there as then came another plate of sweet glazed roasted pork belly. It was astonishing good with a taste of fermented beancurd. Nice.

It was an awesome dishing as my hangover was totally cleared with a full satisfying tummy . . . . . love it Chicken Rice, Sidney Kan
