Saint Tropez is dubbed as he playground to jettsetters, fashion models and celebrities and now first time in Kuala Lumpur. Starhill had two French Master Chefs specially flown in from Muse Hotel of Saint Tropez to prepare the finest Provencale flavours that are appreciated to full-house reservations in France. Both remarkable chefs are Master Chef Nicholas Le Toumelin, the Executive Chef of Muse Hotel and Master Chef Florent Passard.

Master Chef Nicolas Le Toumelin has worked with some of the world’s most distinguished establishments ranging from London’s consecutively voted “Best Seafood Restaurant’ in Knoghtsbridge to the ultra luxurious Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai. His culinary credentials also include having to worked with the legendary Chef Clement Bruno who is recognised as the “King of Truffles” and “The World’s BEST Truffle Chef”.

At Shook! I tasted the finest exciting flavored Andalousia Gaspacho with Crab Mimosa with such a delight. Here Chef Nicholas will present special menus of Provencale cuisine distinguished by his culinary trademark of using the finest and freshest produce, often in pursuit of this distinction.

Excitement can be seen on faces that evening, especially myself playing with my Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Mango Coulis and Balsamic reduction. Chef Nicolas is also known for his passion in tracking down the best producers for his ingredients from provincial herbs and cheeses to olive oil and forest honey among others. Even in Kuala Lumpur his search of distinct produces were executed with perfection.
