This week I sculptured a five tier wedding cake for Ricky & Pui Har’s wedding cake with light yellow fondant and light pink flowers. The wedding reception was held at the One World Hotel ballroom with 90 banquet tables.

The wedding cake looked beautiful but was a bit tilt at the top second tier due to lack of reinforcement, something I need to look into on my future cake sculptures . . . . . . Sunny Yaw
