On the Valentine’s Day, this coming Monday, 14th February at 9pm, The Asian Food Channel will be broadcasting the stunning world premiere of its original production, ONE NIGHT: A MALAYSIAN WEDDING – CHEF WAN, across the region on ASTRO 703. I was truly excitec as I got to watch it life and ea;rier at AFC special Prevoew at The Chandelier Room, NEO TAMARIND, Kuala Lumpur. Besides the media, the Asian Food Channel Hian Goh, Briton Maria Brown and Chef Wan himself were there to grace the event. It was fabulous!

One Night A MALAYSIAN WEDDING Chef Wan featuring Malaysian celebrity chef, Chef Wan and his daughter, Serina Redzuawan, the programme will take viewers through the preparation and wedding of Serina and her then-fiance, Gavin O’Luanaigh. The programme provides a detailed portrayal of the event, from the careful selection of the menu by Chef Wan, to finding the best designers and jewellers in Malaysia for his daughter. Receiving extensive media coverage, the event is one of the most high-profile weddings in Malaysia, with close to 1000 guests attending the climatic banquet alone.
