Hiing Fatt Restaurant at Ara Damansara
I just adore a superior finely done Guinness Stout Chicken. First the batter has to be right texture and well coated the chicken. Then the chicken needed to be crispy deep fried before being laceed with concerntrated Guiness Stout sauce. At Hiing Fatt here, it was perfect executed. flavourful , at the right sweetness and still maintain it crispiness.
The “Tong Poh Yuk” a braised pork was to die for. The chunck was truly attractive especially pork lovers like myself will know how to appreciate it. It was perfectly braised until the fats just melt right in your mouth. Definitely it had been braised for few hours tll absolutely tender.
The Patin was so affordable here as there were on offer. It was a calculated steaming as the fish was soft with a refined texture. Adoreable. But it was not only that the sauce was superb, it was a superior soya sauce with touch of class I would put it. It was defintely a very ldelicious auce that can pair so well with the patin fish.
Another unique dish that caught my attention was their cooked green beans were coated with salted egg yolk, it was fabulous. Crisp crunchy with bursting flavour. It was really amazingly good and not many restaurant has this on their menu and you can get it here.
