A Family Reunion Dinner at Oversea Restaurant Ipoh

Sitr fired omellete
Stir Fried Rice Noodle with Egg and Dry Scallop

The Stir Fried Rice Noodle with Egg and Dry Scallop was delicious as usual without fail, the rice noodle was done crunchy not soft at all. With the present of Ipoh’s famous beansprout, it gave a tremendous texture to the dish. Full of crunchiness. The omelette was softly prepared and not overly cooked even the present hardness was not detected. It was so pleasently placed on the huge serving plate, it looked so flowery beautiful. It so attractive!

Roasted Piglet
Hong Kong Style Roasted Piglet

The Hong Kong Style Roasted Piglet was not too bad, drowning into the crispy skin was such an indulging thing to do. The Hoi Sin sauce truly did a marvellous trick, enhancing the flavour. Bubbly sweet. The only thing was the pig was a big fat as it was slightly oily. I still prefer the lean ones! 😉

White Cabbage
Steamed White Cabbage Glazed with Dried Scallop Sauce

I just lovely well steamed white cabbage. This year without fail, it solicitated me with such a delight. It was bursting with such slicky softness. Dlooding with gorgeous dried scallop brown sauce, the whole dish turned out to be the winner for me. I just kept helping myself with such number of spooning. It was execellent. Tasty!
