The Ingredients

Chef himself had prepared some light refreshing food for us to indulged during the berbuka puasa at his resident. He told us, “I am going to prepared the Nyonya Salad, all of you definitely will love it”. It was truly simple and easy to follow recipe. His mum had prepared the cooked rice noodle which was already set to cool aside. Then laid the ingredients such as mince dry shrimp, finely cut kaffir leaf, chopped shallot, garlic, spring onion, crushed palm sugar, herbs, cubed tofu, beansprout, unshelled cooked prawns, cut mango, fresh tomato puree, hot sauce, lime juice and a bit more of palm sugar to taste.
