An Egg Noodle Factory Ipoh

Lucky Best Food Trading

I was in Ipoh recently and I dropped by at an egg “Wanton” Noodle factory called Lucky Best Food Trading. It is awesome to see such a cottage industry, truly an eye opener. Ingredients are truly basic egg and flour. The is another egg noodle making technique called bamboo pressing which I will be visiting soon.

I can almost smell the flour-y aroma of these lovely fresh noodles. I love buying them at my local Asian market. But getting to see how they’re made at the source is definitely a whole lot more fun.
