Swiss Garden also offers The Reunion Set Dinner which consists of 9-course dinner set in a stylish ambience at their new Grand Hibicious Ballroom and will be made available only on the eve of Chinese New Year. My was made to know that Salmon Yee Sang will be the first dish and follow up with Golden Shark Fin Soup, Braised Balck Mushroom with Fish Maw & Dried Mushroom and many more yet all this wil be the signature dishes of Chef Ow.
I had a great time meeting with friends that night and so was the awesome food from the buffet counters! . . . . .. I had a relaxing dinner over Yee Sang, Sidney!
