I just love baking macarons, the play with the variety of flavours is unimageable and getting a perfect macarons can be very satisying adventure!
I just love having a double chocolate macaron over a cup of black coffee, it is such a pleasure. Do believe me cos I am not lying! Having to bite into the thin crisp layer of the macaron, then indulging the soft gummy texture can be so satisfying and having to taste the bitterness of the chocolate ganache is truly amazing! You should trying one!
This is new, I mean the passionfruit macaron and yet another citrus flavour that i am experimenting now. I found passionfruit had been playing such an important role in my cake baking especially on my mousscakes therefore I am embarking in using it on my variety of sweets creation and macaron is one of them.
Embarking to yet another sweet journey in 2010 is something that I am so looking forward to . . . . . . I am amazed, Sunny Yaw
