Deliciously Pancake Marble Gateaux is one of my latest bake, consists of vanilla mousse, chocolate ganache, chocolate cake and covered with mini pancakes and taste rather awesome, my students got to taste it during their baking classes. We found that the cake tasted even better if served chilled and drizzled over with a dash of honey.
