Pineapple Cake Big Boys Oven Sweet Desserts

METHOD

Prepare 25 small aluminium cake casings about 6cm diameter x 4cm high.

1. Whisk sugar powder, butter and almond powder.
2. Add in eggs gradually, whisk till blend, follow gradually with sifted cake flour.
3. Then add in baking powder, whisk till smooth then add in vanilla essence and salt.
4. Whisk till the batter is well mixed.
5. Pie the batter into the cake casing till half the height of the casing.
6. Garnish the batter topping with 2 slices of pineapple.
7. Preheat oven to upper heat 170C and lower heat 170C, bake for about 30mins.

This is a very enjoyable and yet simple delicious pineapple to bake during the weekend and to be endulged with friends over a few cup of black coffee . . . . . I did, Love Sunny!
