DELECTABLE RAMADHAN BUFFET

Wow! I just love the Roasted Whole Lamb served here at Flavors Restaurant, Swiss Gaden Kuala Lumpur was excellent and the rice stuffing was amazingly good. Salmon head curry was equally good too and the otak-otak caught my attention. That night I was dining with my mates from the food retailing and they loved the lamb too. That night there were a lot of chef’s special signature Ramadhan dishes such as Ketam Masam Manis, Udang Goreng, Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin my best interest, Pucuk Paku Belacan Udang Kering and many more so desireable dishes.

Gosh! the best part of the day, I got to sit next to Chef Charles Asservatnam, the friendly and joyful Excutive Chef. Basically we chatted about food, food and food, sadly I did not get to bring home any secret recipes. :) That night the dinner outing cost us about RM65++ per person, not bad I think, good bargain!
