The Art of Making Mooncake with Big Boys Oven
Two weekends ago Big Boys Oven team had a mooncake making session at Yishensu, One Utama Shopping Mall with our new Talent on Board, Mrs HT Wong and Yishensu is considered to be one of the pioneer in commercializing vegetarian dining restaurant in Malaysia. On that day, I also baked a vegeterian cupcake recipe and will be posting it later.
Mrs. HT Wong our new talent on board, aged 60, is also the Business Advisor of Yishensu Group of Restaurants and had been in the management of the restaurant business since 1987. She has vast experience in the area of vegetarian food cooking and new product development. She acquired her skills on cooking vegetarian food from Taiwan chefs and also from her own mother. With her own initiatives and innovative style of cooking she has throughout the years developed her own distinctive cooking style and product development in vegetarian food. Therefore Mrs HT Wong will be looking into Big Boys Oven’s vegeterian section which will be going to be awesomely fantastic!
