Mrs. HT Wong our new talent on board, aged 60, is also the Business Advisor of Yishensu Group of Restaurants and had been in the management of the restaurant business since 1987. She has vast experience in the area of vegetarian food cooking and new product development. She acquired her skills on cooking vegetarian food from Taiwan chefs and also from her own mother. With her own initiatives and innovative style of cooking she has throughout the years developed her own distinctive cooking style and product development in vegetarian food. Therefore Mrs HT Wong will be looking into Big Boys Oven’s vegeterian section which will be going to be awesomely fantastic!

I love eating this mixed nuts mooncake! Been years since I had them as not many places make good ones anymore. I haven’t been able to find it in S’pore as most mooncakes here are commercialized with new flavors like durian, kopi, chocolate etc… Wish I was there in KL when your team did this demo.
