Birthday Celebrations at ENJU, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur

ROUND 1

fried nougat
Deep Fried Potato was the appetiser to grace with, crispy on the outside, full of flavour inside, a true hidden treasure, wish I could had more! :)

sushi moriawase
sushi moriawase 1
Sushi Moriawase consisted of an assorted handmade sushi with sushi rolls, just loved the prawn sushi, fresh with tasty sweetness. The slice of salmon topping over the mini rice block was amazingly tasty.

gindara teriyaki
Got to say it was awesome seeing all the dishes came in the form of tapas and Gindara Terriyaki was one of the dishes placed on my tray and I felt having my ultimate orgasm when I was indulging and dishing into this Alaskan black cod grilled with terriyaki sauce abd served with fresh salad, . . . . simple and yet be dazzled by it.

hiyashi somen
Hiyashi Somen, is such a healty dish, it is simple and just terrific. A mini bowl was shunken with chilled white thin noodle and topped with sliced fish cake, thily sliced cucumber, mushrooms tempura flakes and nori served with shoyu dipping sauce. It was my favourite one.

oshinko moriawase
Over at the corner of my tray there was a small dish of colourful assorted pickled vegetables Oshinko Moriwase, so well preserved, sweet, crunchy and delicious to my liking.

chawan mushi
This silky steam egg Chawan Mushi tasted awesomely delicious, soft, smooth and served warm.

garlic rice
The Garlic Rice was done perfectly to my liking, a dish which I never miss ordering when I dine Japanese.
