Having to be in the city of Johor Bahru and tried the local food, I decided to put my taste buds on western food, this time I visited a local Italian restaurant called Il Giardino which was very interesting, simple and do have the Italian feel, great atmosphere.
We ordered Aglio Olio (with beef ham and squid) and Seafood Carbonara. Both were deliciously done to my expectation and we meet the owner too, Ms Kentt as she saw us kept snapping photos of our food. Later we were invited back for a food tasting that night by the owner herself.

Very comprehensive pasta. A touch of the east too. The the roll-over pizza. Must try. When I am there next I will get my friend there.

Fusion pasta!! Similar to the one I tried at Bakerzin. Luv the rollover pizza. All the dishes look mouth-watering!;)

Hahaha! Their version of the chilli pan mee really tickled me! But who can go wrong with poached egg and chilli right?? The Jap pizza looks very interesting!

So many delicious pastas! Love the chili pasta, but too bad it’s beef. Can they replace it with chicken or other meat? Your post made me craved for Italian food now!
