HOUSE OF SEAFOOD AT 180 – SINGAPORE BEST BIG CRAB

Having to arrive in Singapore is fantastic but the journey was another issue, fly with budget airline can be an interesting experience as you may end up not paying a low fare trip, but instead an expensive flight as there maybe rather a few of hidden and unknown cost. Well I will talk about this on my coming post. I would inform that I am safely here and enjoying every minute of my stay, that is the reason why you are reading this post, . . . . Singapore is fabulous!

We were welcome by our great host, my fabulous Janice and her brother Bob. Day one we went exploring sweet desserts and Canele was our first stop, fantastic, creative and awesome desserts . . . you see on my coming post but I will bring your focus on what we had for dinner . . . . believe me we had Giant Crab! We were drove to House of Seafood @180 and we meet Francis Ng, a truely food entreprenuer. friendly and knows his food well. He introduced me to his awesome Giant Crabs!

When I was a kid, we dined in a seafood restaurant in Batu Maung, Penang. They have lots of giant crabs, but not now. Now rarely can find one.
