CANELE PATISSERIE CHOCOLATERIE – SINGAPORE BEST DESSERTS

I ordered this elegant slice of gateux, I maybe wrong, it’s name is triple chocolate, a very moist cake base layered over a white chocolate cream, finished off with a layer of dark chocolate ganache and detail decorated withsprayed choclate powder and drops of crystal piping jelly and choclate. I just fall in love with this entrement, so dense, so smooth and so refreshing yet so detail. A great compliment to the Chef himself.

Macarons, love to see, lovely to have, just a jewel of desserts. I picked this one, a macaron by CANELE. Tasted deliciously . . . but prefer to have more fillings as it looks rather a bit empty to me. :)

It was time to get serious with Janice, we went through all my baking list, it was incredible to be able to sweet forking at CANALE and working on my schedule . . . . . I was here too, Sunny Yaw

Hahaha! You are so right about the “empty” macaron. Oh well! Everything looks beautiful, though :)
